About us

Lash'd Eyelashes was established in 2010.

The lash industry was in its primitive stages with minimal knowledge, training, products and networking. Over the last decade, owner Deanna Campese has studied, trained, networking and developed a business with over 2000 clients through the doors. She has also been admitted as an Australian Lawyer, completed a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and is a qualified trainer after completing her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She has established the International Lash Masters which is a networking and educational organisation for lash artists and businesses alike.

In 2019, Deanna established the International Lash Masters to host networking events and provide further education for lash artists. ILM held their first annual Conference in Melbourne at Marvel Stadium hosting some of the best Lash entrepreneurs in the world to speak to Australia's lash artists and businesses wanting to learn and develop their businesses including Kim Jaynes of Borboleta, Brittani Strong from So Cal Beauty and Frankie Widdows from Eyelash Excellence.

During the pandemic, Deanna pivoted Lash'd and ILM online and created the Online Lash Educator Course to help lash artists create their own lash course, in efforts of incorporating lash education within their lash businesses when out of lockdown. Due to the success of the course, over 500 students are now providing lash education and the online educator course is rated 5 stars. 

In 2022, ILM were able to finally hold their Sydney Lash Masters Conference with some of the best lashpreneurs in the industry. Our key note speakers were Paul and Tussanee Luebbers from LashCast, supported by Blaze Lloyd, owner of Lashiivo, Nina Andrews, owner of Lashes on Point Salon, Lauren Lappin, owner of Allure Lash and Beauty Lounge and Annemarie Lorenzini, director of Untamed Artistry. It was a sell out event and a prequel to the next 2022 lash event on the Australian calendar, our 2022 Melbourne Lash Masters Conference. 

Lash'd Eyelashes mission is to provide lash artists with education, products and networking events within a safe and friendly environment. We hope to grow our business whilst connecting with as many lash brands and businesses as possible to support everyone during our journey.
